McKenzie joined Kisling, Nestico and Redick in 2024 as a Litigation Attorney. She has served as a member of the Armed Forces for over 10 years and continues to serve her community in the National Guard. Before choosing to practice law McKenzie worked in the medical field, both in the military and civilian positions. During law school she was a member of the Akron Law Trial Team as well as the Secretary of the Health Law Society. McKenzie also served as a Student Trustee, on the University of Akron’s Board of Trustees. After passing the Ohio Bar exam, McKenzie went to work in Criminal Defense. McKenzie uses her prior insurance and medical experience to fight for fair compensation of her clients.
McKenzie is married and lives with her husband and stepchildren in Cuyahoga Falls, where she was raised. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on Lake Erie with her family and traveling.
