Before representing injured clients, she served in senior claims roles at State Farm Insurance and Farmers Insurance, where she gained extensive experience evaluating automobile accidents, complex liability disputes, and coverage issues across both personal and commercial lines. Her work resolving thousands of claims has given her a rare, inside‑out understanding of how insurance companies make decisions.

Cynthia grew up in Cleveland’s Slavic Village and currently resides in the Cleveland area with her husband. She is a member of St. Albert the Great Church, enjoys traveling, and proudly supports Cleveland’s sports teams.
