Mandie M. Washington is a litigation attorney at Kisling, Nestico & Redick, where she represents clients in a broad range of personal injury matters. She joined the firm in 2022 as a litigation law clerk and, upon graduating from law school, accepted a position as a pre-litigation attorney with the firm before her transition to litigation.

Ms. Washington brings a unique, multidisciplinary background to her practice, with prior experience in the mental health and transportation industries. She has held executive and operational leadership roles within the commercial transportation industry, where she managed regulatory compliance, operations, and employee relations, and she currently serves as in‑house counsel on select legal matters.

Her professional background also includes inpatient mental health counseling and nonprofit case management, working closely with individuals facing complex personal and legal challenges. Ms. Washington approaches each case with empathy and diligence, prioritizing attentive listening to effectively advocate for her clients’ needs.

When Mandie isn’t working, she centers her life around coaching and playing soccer and spending time with her friends, family, and all their dogs.
