Kaitlyn Vasvari joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2018 and focuses her practice on representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. She works closely with clients throughout the claims process, helping them navigate medical treatment, insurance challenges, and settlement negotiations while advocating for the best possible outcome.
Since joining KNR, Kaitlyn has handled hundreds of personal injury claims involving motor vehicle collisions and other injury-related incidents. She has extensive experience negotiating with major insurance carriers and is committed to maximizing compensation for her clients through thorough case preparation, strategic advocacy, and personalized attention.
Prior to joining KNR, Kaitlyn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Maritza Berdote Byrne, Presiding Judge of the Family Division in Morris and Sussex counties in New Jersey. In that role, she assisted the court in resolving complex matrimonial matters and gained valuable insight into the legal decision-making process. During her clerkship, she also earned a mediation certificate focused on alternative dispute resolution.
Originally from New Jersey, Kaitlyn now lives in Ohio with her husband and son. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family.
