Nick joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2024 as a litigation attorney based in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his legal career gaining early exposure to litigation, serving as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, he prosecuted misdemeanor traffic offenses, including DUIs and driving on suspended licenses.
Nick then moved to Cleveland, transitioning to the role of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, where he prosecuted a broad spectrum of cases involving felony and misdemeanor juvenile offenses. Nick enhanced his litigation skills through extensive involvement in evidentiary hearings, bench trials, and jury trials. Drawing from his time as a prosecutor, Nick holds a profound understanding of advocating for victims during what may be the most challenging period of their lives. He applies this advocacy to support individuals who have suffered injuries due to criminal actions or negligence.
Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University in 2019 and went on to obtain his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022. During law school, he held three law clerk positions, including one at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.
Nick is a native of Buffalo, New York, and is a passionate Buffalo Bills fan. He currently resides in Cleveland with his wife, Lisa.
