Matt Notaro is a personal injury attorney dedicated to advocating for individuals harmed by the negligence of others.
He joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2025, bringing extensive experience from prior legal roles, including defending insurance companies and their insureds across Ohio and Kentucky. After graduating from law school in 2018, Matt spent two years handling hundreds of cases at a personal injury firm in Dayton, Ohio. Throughout his career, he has recovered millions of dollars for clients in a variety of matters, from neighborhood dog bites to catastrophic trucking accidents.
Matt’s approach to practice is characterized by tenacity and attention to detail. His primary goal is to provide the same representation and communication he would expect for his family. He believes that an attorney’s role is to solve problems and encourages clients to entrust their burdens to him. “When you come into my office, I want you to feel confident that I will handle your case with compassion and dedication. While the journey may not always be easy, my goal is to ensure you ultimately leave my office with your burdens lifted.”
Leveraging his background in insurance defense, Matt now focuses on better serving his clients’ interests and advocating aggressively on their behalf.
Matt resides in Westerville, Ohio, with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing golf, and supporting the Buffalo Bills.
