The at-fault driver failed to yield at a stop sign, and our client’s vehicle was totaled. She suffered a meniscus tear in her left knee, for which surgery was recommended, along with a right knee strain, a contusion of the front thorax wall, and a cervical strain. She was treated by EMS, the emergency room, her primary care physician, and an orthopedic specialist. The case settled for $75,000.
