$105,000 For Broken Arm and Kneecap After Stop Sign Violation | KNR

Our 53-year-old client was traveling west in Coshocton County when a northbound driver failed to stop at a stop sign, sending both vehicles over an embankment. Our client suffered several injuries, most notably a broken left arm and a broken left kneecap, which required a significant period of recovery.

KNR obtained a policy limits recovery of $100,000 from the at-fault driver’s insurance company, in addition to medical payments coverage under our client’s own policy, for a total recovery of $105,000.

Individual results may vary based on the facts, injuries, jurisdiction, venue, witnesses, parties, and other factors.
