Our client was stopped on his motorcycle at a four-way stop, waiting for a school bus to turn in front of him. The school bus took the turn too sharply, striking his motorcycle to the ground and pinning him underneath the motorcycle. The school bus stopped momentarily but then continued driving away, fleeing the scene of the accident. The client sustained a rotator cuff injury to his shoulder requiring surgical repair. The case settled for $100,000.
