Brett A. Miller joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2026 as a Senior Litigation Attorney in the firm’s Columbus office. At KNR, Brett utilizes his decades of litigation and trial experience to exclusively represent individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases related to automobile, motorcycle, and semi-truck accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, and dog bites.

Since graduating from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2001, Brett A. Miller has spent his entire career as a trial attorney. Over the past two and a half decades, Brett has taken dozens of cases to trial and has practiced in many of Ohio’s 88 counties and federal courts.

Brett spent the early part of his career working for some of the top insurance defense firms in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio, representing insurance companies, businesses, and medical professionals in defense of cases involving personal injury, semi-truck accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home care, and commercial construction litigation.

In 2008, Brett opened his own solo law practice in Pickerington, Ohio, where he represented individuals, families, and small business owners in a variety of matters, including personal injury, auto accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, residential construction, small-business litigation, and domestic relations.

In 2021, Brett joined one of Columbus, Ohio’s best medium-sized law firms, where he primarily represented business owners in litigation throughout Ohio and other jurisdictions. In addition to business litigation, Brett represented individuals and families in cases related to real estate, construction, domestic relations, catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Outside of the office, Brett is an active member of the Pickerington community. He has served as Chairman of the annual golf outing fundraiser for the Pickerington North Quarterback Club, volunteered as a youth football and basketball coach, served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce, and previously chaired the Violet Township Port Authority Board of Directors.

Brett lives in Pickerington with his wife, Kelly. Together they enjoy traveling, attending church, and cheering on their two sons, who play football for Ohio University. He is also an avid fan of college and professional football, basketball, and baseball, and enjoys listening to live music.
