Kisling, Nestico & Redick is proud to announce Super Lawyers Magazine has named five of our attorneys to the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists in 2020.

We work tirelessly at KNR to obtain the best possible outcomes for our clients. We prioritize client communications and strive to treat every person who walks through our door with compassion and respect. These priorities have helped us succeed in providing excellent service and have led us to be recognized by several legal organizations like Super Lawyers Magazine.

Super Lawyers

Every year, only up to 5% of lawyers in each state are named Super Lawyers. It is a competitive process. Super Lawyers Magazine uses a patented multiphase selection process that begins with nominations and peer reviews and goes through extensive independent research. Each nominee is evaluated on 12 factors related to their professional achievements and peer recognition. The result is a list of the top lawyers in the state who practice at small, medium, and large law firms and offer consumers excellent legal representation in myriad practice areas.

In 2020, three members of our team have been named Super Lawyers:

John J. Reagan has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine for 10 years. He is also named as a Top 100 Lawyer in Ohio and a Top 50 Lawyer in Cleveland. He is a senior partner and practices in Akron, OH. He focuses on motor vehicle accidents, product liability and product manufacturers, and wrongful death claims. Prior to joining KNR in 2010, he defended insurers, manufacturers, and trucking companies. He discovered his passion for helping injury victims and has fought tirelessly for them ever since.

Nomiki P. Tsarnas is a senior partner practicing in Youngstown, OH. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, and motor vehicle accidents. She has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury claims. Since joining KNR in 2007, she has dedicated her practice exclusively to litigation.

Michael A. Saltzer is an attorney in Cleveland, OH. He focuses his practice on vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, insurance law, and wrongful death. He is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Advocate and Civil Pre-Trial Practice Advocate, and he has more than 30 years of litigation experience, including over 70 civil jury trials and 25 appeals.

Rising Stars

Super Lawyers Magazine uses a similar process to select Rising Stars as it does Super Lawyers in each state. However, Rising Stars specifically reviews nominees who are 40 years old or younger and have practiced for fewer than 10 years. Only up to 2.5% of lawyers in the state can be named Rising Stars, and it is a great honor for attorneys beginning their careers to receive this title.

We are proud to announce our 2020 Rising Stars include:

Joshua R. Angelotta is a senior partner in Cleveland, OH. He focuses his practice on motor vehicle accidents, personal injury cases, and insurance law. He joined KNR in 2011, prior to which he defended insurers and large corporations. His work on the defense side of the courtroom gave him invaluable trial experience, which he now uses to benefit injury victims and surviving family members. Josh was previously named a Rising Star in 2013 and from 2015-19.

Mark C. Lindsey is an attorney in Akron, OH. He joined KNR in 2010 and focuses exclusively on personal injury law. He was previously named a Rising Star from 2013 to 2019, consecutively. He has extensive litigation and trial experience, which helps him obtain the best possible results for his clients.

Our team at Kisling, Nestico & Redick will continue to offer excellent legal representation during personal injury and wrongful death claims in Ohio. We will continue to prioritize our clients’ needs and well-being, ensuring that each person and family receive the care they deserve.
