Scott J. Pullar

attorney at law

Scott J. Pullar joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2026 after spending the past four years as an insurance defense lawyer. In that role, he consistently navigated through the many challenges associated with cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Prior to his work as an insurance defense lawyer, Scott served as an Active Duty Judge Advocate (Attorney) in the United States Army JAG Corps. He attained the rank of Captain and was stationed in Alabama and Virginia. As a Judge Advocate, Scott prosecuted criminal cases on behalf of the United States Army and later served as a defense attorney, zealously advocating for Soldiers accused of criminal misconduct.

Today, Scott dedicates his practice to advocating for personal injury victims. Drawing on his experience in both insurance defense and military litigation, he works tirelessly to ensure each client receives the compensation they deserve and the support they need to regain a sense of normalcy. His experience on the defense side, combined with his client advocacy in the Army, uniquely positions him to serve as a compassionate and trusted voice for clients during their time of need.

Scott is a passionate fan of The Ohio State University football team and all Cleveland sports. He also hopes the NHL will award Cleveland a hockey team at some point in the future. Scott lives in Bay Village, Ohio, with his wife and two children.
