Sara McElroy joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2026 as an Associate Attorney. Her practice focuses on personal injury and civil litigation, and throughout her career, Sara has represented clients in both state and federal courts, handling a wide range of complex legal disputes, including personal injury claims, workplace discrimination and retaliation, and §1983 civil rights actions.
Sara brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice, drawing on her prior experience in insurance defense to help drive favorable outcomes for her personal injury clients and their families. Her background provides valuable insight into the litigation process and allows her to develop practical, results-driven strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
During law school and throughout her legal career, Sara developed extensive experience in legal research, case analysis, litigation strategy, risk assessment, and client advocacy. She is committed to thorough preparation and thoughtful representation, working diligently to protect her clients’ interests at every stage of a case.
Known for her compassionate approach and strong communication skills, Sara is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult legal situations with confidence and clarity. Sara lives in Delaware, Ohio, with her husband, three children, and three cats. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys rollerblading, roller skating, karaoke, caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants, and spending quality time with her family.
