Areas of Practice
Patrick D. Hendershott is an Associate Attorney with KNR, where he focuses his practice on plaintiff personal injury litigation. With more than three decades of legal experience, Patrick brings a unique perspective to his clients, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil litigation matters throughout his career.
Prior to joining KNR, Patrick held leadership positions in both private practice and legal services organizations, where he represented clients in a broad range of civil matters, including estate planning, real estate transactions, consumer protection issues, and identity theft matters.
Throughout his career, he has handled personal injury litigation, civil disputes, real estate matters, bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure actions, and creditor representation, giving him extensive experience advocating for clients facing complex legal challenges.
Because he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, Patrick possesses valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims. He leverages that experience to advocate effectively for injured clients and help them pursue the compensation they deserve.
Outside of the office, Patrick is a dedicated volunteer with Project iAm, a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to families of children with autism to help fund therapies and support services. He also actively supports Acoustics for Autism, the organization’s annual fundraising event held in March in Maumee, Ohio.
