Emily M. Valandingham is an associate attorney at KNR, where she represents clients in personal injury litigation. Licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2011, Emily brings experience from several areas of the legal profession, giving her a well-rounded perspective when evaluating cases and advocating for her clients.
Earlier in her career, Emily served as a judicial staff attorney for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, where she gained valuable insight into the court system and judicial decision-making process. She later represented plaintiffs in personal injury litigation and worked on a variety of general civil litigation matters, assisting with legal research and writing, discovery, electronic discovery, trial preparation, and other aspects of complex cases. Before joining KNR, she also spent four years working in financial crimes compliance, further developing her investigative and analytical skills.
Emily uses her diverse background and attention to detail to carefully examine the facts of each case and help clients understand the legal process. She is committed to continuing to learn from KNR’s experienced team while using her own knowledge and experience to advocate for injured clients throughout Ohio.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys running and has completed races ranging from 5Ks and 10Ks to half and full marathons. She also enjoys golfing, taking dance classes, and spending time with her family. Emily remains connected to The Ohio State University through the OSU Alumni Club of Greater Cincinnati and the Ohio State Dance Team Alumni Society.
