Our Team

Juliet K. Falcone

associate

Juliet K. Falcone joined KNR in 2026 as a probate attorney, bringing more than 23 years of broad legal experience to the firm. Her practice has focused primarily on probate, estate planning, and domestic relations matters, including divorce, parentage, and support cases. Throughout her career, Juliet has also handled a wide range of legal matters involving federal criminal defense, real estate, personal injury, contracts, and business transactions.

Before joining KNR, Juliet spent more than two decades as an associate attorney and practice manager, where she managed probate administration, drafted estate planning documents, and oversaw day-to-day legal operations. Her extensive legal background also includes experience in corporate transactions, compliance, and human resources leadership, giving her clients the benefit of both legal and practical business insight.

In addition to her legal practice, Juliet served as an Adjunct Professor in Kent State University’s Paralegal Studies program, teaching courses in legal research and writing, civil litigation, probate law, estate planning, case management, and other areas of law. She is also a Certified Mediator through the Supreme Court of Ohio, further strengthening her ability to guide clients through complex and emotional legal matters with empathy, efficiency, and compassion.

Known for her personable and client-focused approach, Juliet is passionate about client relationships and assisting them through difficult situations with empathy and compassion. Her dedication to building meaningful relationships and truly understanding her clients’ needs is at the heart of her practice.

A lifelong Ohio resident, Juliet was raised in Suffield Township and continues to reside there with her husband and three rescue cats, Piper, Finn, and Stella. Growing up in the country gave her a deep appreciation for community and a few memorable stories, including the time a cow wandered into her kindergarten classroom during story time (ask her about it sometime).

Outside of the office, Juliet has a passion for travel and makes it a goal to explore somewhere new each year, with recent adventures taking her throughout Europe and the Caribbean. Although she enjoys discovering new destinations, Key West will always hold a special place in her heart. She also enjoys cooking, relaxing poolside whenever possible, and dedicating her time to helping stray and abandoned animals find care and new homes. Juliet is also an active member of the Ancient Order of the Hibernians – Akron, honoring her Irish heritage through community involvement and service.
