After dark, our client was assisting with a stalled vehicle in the roadway when a negligent driver failed to observe him, pinning him between two vehicles. The violent impact caused severe injuries and led to the amputation of his left lower leg. Although liability was initially disputed, KNR successfully recovered the full limits of all available insurance coverage for our client.
