DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kisling, Nestico and Redick (KNR) law firm has announced it is representing the family of the man who died after the Nov. 2025 multi-vehicle crash on I-75.
KNR is representing the family of 34-year-old Kevin Brendle.
The crash involved a work van, a work truck and two semi-trucks. The driver of an Amazon semi is currently in custody and is facing a possible charge for alleged aggravated vehicular homicide.
KNR said Brendle was operating a work van, which was struck from behind by the semi-truck. This caused a chain reaction with multiple vehicles, which pushed his vehicle into a concrete median, causing him the deadly injuries.
“This is exactly the kind of preventable crash we continue to see on Ohio highways,” said Managing Partner of KNR, John J. Reagan. “When commercial vehicles fail to maintain safe following distances, the consequences can be catastrophic.”
