KNR Steps Up for Heart Health with 100 Mile Challenge

This American Heart Month, KNR Legal rose to the occasion with an invigorating 100-mile challenge, highlighting our commitment to health and philanthropy. Encouraging our team to stay active and heart-healthy, we combined fitness with charitable giving, creating an impactful synergy of well-being and altruism.

Big Steps Toward Greater Wellness

Team KNR enthusiastically embraced the challenge, arming themselves with various step-tracking devices like Apple watches, Fitbits, and smartphones. The goal was clear: increase daily walking or running, translating physical effort into philanthropic impact. Each mile covered meant more than personal health benefits; it represented a direct contribution to the heart of our community.

Our collective effort was nothing short of inspiring. With twenty-seven dedicated participants, Team KNR collectively walked an astonishing 1,855 miles throughout the month. This tremendous effort culminated in a significant donation of $927.50 to the American Heart Association of Greater Cleveland, exemplifying our firm’s mission for giving back and supporting vital health initiatives.

KNR’s Champions of Heart Health

Among our walkers, seven standout individuals reached the 100-mile milestone, showcasing exceptional dedication. Leading the pack was our Litigation Team Lead, Kim M., who impressively exceeded 150 miles. This remarkable achievement not only reflects Kim’s personal commitment to wellness but also serves as an inspiration to us all.

Join Us in Making Every Step Count

At KNR Legal, we believe in harnessing the power of collective action to effect positive change. The success of our 100-mile challenge is a testament to the strength, determination, and compassion of our team. We extend heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their outstanding contributions to their own health and the well-being of our community.

We are proud of our team’s achievements and grateful for the opportunity to support the American Heart Association. Our journey toward better health and community support continues, and we invite you to join us. Together, we can make a difference, one step at a time.
