Recently, we settled another case in personal injury case in Tuscarawas County. Our client was driving a semi on S. Tuscarawas Ave in Dover, when the defendant struck the front tire, taking off our client’s front bumper. As a result, our client sustained injuries to the ribs, sternum, and shoulder. The client believed he required two surgeries to his sternum following this accident due to a non-union of the sternum bone. KNR settled the claim for $175,000.
