$110,000 Settlement Nursing Home Resident Suffers Fall

KNR was able to obtain a $110,000 settlement for our client, who was in a nursing home and was at high risk for falling, thus requiring close observation near the nurses’ station. The resident was left unattended, out of sight, and fell getting out of her wheelchair, resulting in a pelvic fracture.
