Our client was merging into the left lane, with her turn signal on, and driving cautiously in heavy traffic when a driver hit her from behind. The at-fault driver attempted to beat the client into the left lane but instead caused a crash. Our client sustained injuries to her neck, back, and shoulders. She also suffered headaches and back arm pain. Due to her injuries, she underwent spinal fusion surgery.
