Attorneys will be at Firestone Park this weekend to provide free consultations
Akron, OH – Residents of East Palestine and surrounding areas who may have been impacted by the Norfolk Southern train derailment can meet with partners from Kisling, Nestico & Redick (KNR), Friday, February 17, 2023, through Monday, February 20, 2023 at Firestone Park, Pavilion #1, to discuss their legal options.
KNR, which operates statewide, has two law offices in the vicinity of East Palestine, Ohio – one in Poland and one in Canton – and understands the community and their concerns.
“The residents of our community are deeply concerned about the health impact the presence of hazardous materials will have on them, their families, and friends. They deserve answers and we are committed to fighting for them,” said John J. Reagan, managing partner of Kisling, Nestico, and Redick.
The losses and potential health effects as a result of this train derailment are still being assessed. Several parties may be held responsible for the incident and the resulting impacts.
