More than 1 in 5 children in Greater Cleveland are food insecure, according to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. Many of those children receive free lunches at school but when school is closed, many go hungry – such is the case with Greenbriar Middle School’s upcoming spring break.

To help combat hunger, Team KNR dropped off 60 backpacks full of food, totaling more than $1,200, to Greenbriar Middle School in Parma Heights. Each of the backpacks were filled with bread, fresh fruit, peanut butter, mac and cheese, crackers, and more.

Cleveland attorneys Zack Anderson, Ed Bohac and Senior Partner Josh Angelotta met with members of Greenbriar’s student council and discussed the importance of community service, education and giving back.
