Summit County law firm to fund youth swimming lessons; how to apply

FAIRLAWN, Ohio – Drowning is one of the leading causes of death among children ages 1-4 and is one of the top three leading causes of unintentional injury death among people ages 29 and younger, according to a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report.

This May, in recognition of National Water Safety Month and ahead of the summer swimming season, Fairlawn-based law firm Kisling, Nestico & Redick has earmarked $5,000 for swimming lessons for children throughout the state to ensure more youth gain these essential safety skills.
