Serving a growing need: National Guard continues to help at food bank

Food distribution in the Greater Akron-Canton region is continuing with military precision, thanks to continued assistance from soldiers with the Ohio Army National Guard.

Last Friday, soldiers were on hand to assist with turkey distribution in conjunction with Kisling, Nestico & Redick.

The law firm, with locations in Akron and throughout Ohio typically hosts a turkey distribution at their facility in partnership with the foodbank. But this year, because of COVID-19 and the need for more volunteers, KNR decided to host the distribution at the foodbank.
