2013 Polar Bear Jump

Akron, OH, February 16, 2013 – Akron-based personal injury law firm, Kisling, Nestico and Redick, LLC (KNR), raised close to $11,000 for the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank by participating in the 10th annual Polar Bear Jump at Portage Lakes.

The first to jump, Team KNR set the bar with their monetary contribution and their team of 19 brave jumpers who faced the frigid temperatures in the name of charity. Each dollar raised for the event provides four meals for the hungry in our community. 2013 was KNR’s first year to participate in the Polar Bear Jump, a new tradition KNR says they will continue for many years to come.

Last year alone, KNR supported over 12 charitable organizations and raised thousands of dollars for communities throughout Ohio.
