Local student receives scholarship for billboard design

GREATER AKRON — Kisling, Nestico & Redick (KNR), a personal injury law firm in Ohio, announced Elissa Wood as the recipient of the 2024 Robert Redick Memorial Scholarship.
The scholarship awards $5,000 to a creative student who demonstrates exceptional talent through a standout billboard design. Established in 2018, the scholarship has provided $30,000 to support students, and it was renamed in 2020 to honor KNR founding partner Robert Redick after his death.

“Robert believed deeply in the transformative power of education to build a brighter future,” said John Reagan, managing partner at KNR. “He was steadfast in his commitment to promoting safe driving practices, understanding the critical importance of protecting lives on the road.
