KNR Announces Six Attorneys Named As Super Lawyers and Rising Stars in 2022

Akron, OH – Kisling, Nestico & Redick (KNR) is proud to announce six attorneys have topped the 2022 list of Super Lawyers and Rising Stars by Super Lawyers Magazine.

KNR Managing Partner John Reagan, Senior Partner Nomiki Tsarnas, and Attorney Michael Saltzer were selected to Super Lawyers, while Attorneys Mark Lindsey, Kimberly Lubrani, and Thomas Walsh II were selected to Rising Stars.

Attorneys are selected using a multiphase selection process, whereby candidates are evaluated on peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 5% of lawyers in each state are named Super Lawyers and only 2.5% are named Rising Stars. Candidates are only eligible for Rising Stars if they are 40 or younger, or have been practicing law 10 years or less.

Super Lawyers

In addition to being selected as a Super Lawyer or Rising Star for the 13^th time, Managing Partner John Reagan is also named as a Top 100 attorney in Ohio for the seventh time and a Top 50 lawyer in Cleveland for the eighth time. Reagan’s primary focus is motor vehicle accidents, particularly large and complex wrecks involving commercial vehicles and semi-trucks. His previous experience as an insurance defense attorney provides him the unique insight to successfully investigate and develop cases and advocate on behalf his clients to receive the best possible outcome.

Senior Partner Nomiki Tsarnas is being honored for the fifth year as a Super Lawyer, preceded by six years as a Rising Star. Having worked at a large national insurance company, Tsarnas applies her insider knowledge to fight for the rights of accident victims. She now devotes her practice to personal injury litigation where she consistently wins favorable settlements and verdicts for her clients.

Attorney Michael Saltzer is named as a Super Lawyer for the ninth time in his career, a career which spans more than three decades. During this time, he’s tried dozens of cases and successfully recovered millions for his clients. At KNR, Saltzer focuses his practice on complex and catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and medical negligence cases.

Rising Stars

Attorney Mark Lindsey is receiving his 10^th acknowledgement as a Rising Star. His practice consists primarily of litigating complex person injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims. Lindsey works tirelessly to ensure all his clients obtain the best resolution for their case.

Attorney Kimberly Lubrani is making her Rising Stars list debut in 2022. She has extensive trial and litigation experience in various Ohio state and federal courts, including obtaining multiple jury verdicts in nine different counties. Lubrani’s practice consists of litigating primarily complex personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims.

Attorney Thomas Walsh II is also celebrating his first time on the Rising Stars list. Having first started at KNR as a law clerk, he then joined the firm as an attorney upon passing the bar. Walsh now focuses exclusively on litigating personal injury claims. Walsh’s legal background allows him to provide effective and enthusiastic legal representation to his clients.
