Akron, Ohio, March 5, 2014 – Akron-based personal injury law firm, Kisling, Nestico and Redick, collected nearly $16,000 to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Akron by participating in the 11th Annual Portage Lakes Polar Bear Jump.

Consisting of 29 jumpers, Team KNR was made up of people from their Akron, Columbus, and Youngstown offices and included people from all departments. “This is our second year participating in this event,” says Brandy Brewer, director of operations at KNR. “Not only is the jump fun, but we had a great time raising money for such a respectable charity. We had over 150 online contributions, plus each employee raised money on their own, so in total we were able to collect donations from more than 300 donors. It’s been a great experience for our firm.”

No stranger to serving their community, last year alone, KNR supported over 14 local charities and continue to look for more ways they can make a positive impact.
