Throughout the month, Team KNR felt the heat as our staff took part in meaningful races across Ohio.
Kicking off, KNR Attorney Heather Schisler joined thousands of runners at the iconic Flying Pig Marathon, where she ran in support of the Flying Pig Community Scholars Program, raising awareness for educational opportunities throughout the region.
Mother’s Day weekend brought even more opportunities for KNR to give back. Settlement Supervisor Leeanna T. and Marketing Coordinator Ciara B. celebrated the holiday with their families while participating in both the Mother’s Day 5K and the Mom’s Rock 5K.
From supporting foster and adoption recruitment efforts in Cuyahoga County through the Mom’s Rock 5K to benefiting the Summit Metro Parks Foundation at the Mother’s Day 5K, these inspiring moms demonstrated the true meaning of community involvement, setting a remarkable example for the next generation.
Mid-month, KNR Litigation Team Lead Kim M. took on the demanding High Lea 6/12/24 Hour Challenge in support of the Richfield Heritage Preserve, embracing both endurance and community spirit.
Litigation Assistant Rachel O. brought energy and enthusiasm to the Toledo Zoo Dart Frog Dash, racing through zoo exhibits while contributing to a fun and impactful cause.
Meanwhile, Marketing Coordinator Ciara B. continued her impressive racing streak by crossing the finish line at the Cleveland Half Marathon, representing KNR with determination and heart.
To close out the month, Team KNR participated in The Hunger Run over Memorial Day weekend, helping raise funds for Neighborhood Services Inc., an organization doing vital work to fight hunger and provide support for families in need throughout the community.
At KNR, giving back is part of our identity, and whether in the courtroom, the office, or at the finish line, our team is proud to support the communities we serve.
