KNR Paralegal Volunteers at Hope’s Turn at Bat

KNR Senior Paralegal Dawn Urban is the director of Hope’s Turn At Bat, a softball tournament that raises money for The American Cancer Society. After losing her father-in-law to cancer, Dawn and other members of her community started this event to honor their loved ones.

Each team is given a “Survivor Medal” to give to a “Cancer Warrior” that they play for, and they present their medal to this person at the tournament or in private.
