2017 Crash Statistics

Every year, the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) publishes statistics related to a variety of traffic-related incidents, including car crashes and car accident-related fatalities. The crash statistics from 2017 show that the number of accidents has actually declined. In 2017, there was a total of 65,140 crashes, whereas 2016 saw a total of 66,395 accidents.
