Akron, Ohio, December 7, 2018 – Kisling, Nestico & Redick proudly announces its newest partner, Kenneth M. Zerrusen, a 12-year veteran of the Akron-based personal injury law firm. Zerrusen’s commitment to helping people as they cope with the aftermath of an injury has driven his legal career since 1999 and aligns with KNR’s values.
“Ken has represented thousands of people who have been injured and his goal is always the same: help people receive the justice they deserve,” said Managing Partner Rob Nestico. “His commitment to our clients and his track record of success has helped make our personal injury firm one of the largest in Ohio.”
Based in KNR’s Akron office, Zerrusen was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999 and began his career at a small personal injury law firm. In 2006, he joined KNR where he continues to specialize in personal injury and insurance law. Zerrusen has been admitted to numerous courts throughout the United States and has argued on behalf of plaintiffs at the appellate court level, including in front of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals regarding insurance law.

He earned his law degree at the University of Akron School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Quincy University in Illinois. Zerrusen was named a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers in 2011 and is a member of the Akron Bar Association.
