Team KNR Awards Annual Scholarship

KNR announced 18-year-old Elianna Norin of Hudson as the winner of the $5,000 Don’t Text and Drive scholarship for developing the best proposal to persuade young adults from texting while driving. Norin’s application stood out amongst over 400 applicants because of the creativity she put into her public service announcement script. Team KNR surprised her at school and presented her with the giant check, which will go towards her tuition when she begins at Savannah College of Art and Design in the fall.
