This holiday-themed event brings family fun and community support together as attendees work together to help spread awareness of the needed hunger relief felt by their community.
Not to miss out on the fun, KNR Paralegal Kryste L. and Senior Closing Paralegal Leeanna T. represented Team KNR to join in the merriment while helping raise funds and awareness for those struggling with hunger within our community.
The event started bright and early, with participants at the starting line at 8:00 am to join in the 5k run/walk at the foodbank. After the walk, everyone gathered at the foodbank to take pictures with Santa, eat snacks, and dance to festive music for more holiday fun.
All event proceeds benefited the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank in supporting its mission to lead a collaborative network that empowers people to experience healthy and hunger-free lives. Every day, they distribute food to feed people and advocate, engage, and convene their community in the fight to end hunger.
