DeWine announces Ohio Department of Health’s official Stay-at-Home Order, with the exception of the following businesses deemed essential:

  1. Stores that sell groceries and medicine
  2. Food and beverage manufacturing and licensed marijuana production and agriculture
  3. Organizations that provide charitable and social services
  4. Religious entities
  5. Media
  6. Gas stations and businesses needed for transportation
  7. Financial and insurance institutions
  8. Hardware and supply stores
  9. Building and construction trades
  10. Post offices and other businesses that provide shipping and delivery services
  11. Educational institutions
  12. Laundry services
  13. Restaurants (for take-out only)
  14. Businesses that sell or manufacture supplies needed for people to work from home
  15. Transportation, including airlines, taxis and ride share services such as Uber and Lyft
  16. Home-based care and services
  17. Professional services, including legal and accounting (like us!)
  18. Manufacturing and supply companies that make good for essential products or services
  19. Critical labor functions
  20. Hotels and motels
  21. Funeral services
