Paul J. Deegan joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2020 and brings an array of litigation experience to the firm. Since 2010, Paul has successfully represented clients all over Ohio in matters ranging from personal injury to employment & labor law, special education, First Amendment, and property tax issues. His sole focus at KNR is to represent plaintiff injury victims through litigation and trial.

Prior to joining KNR, Paul represented personal injury defendants for Allstate Insurance where he gained valuable experience litigating the other side of personal injury claims. Earlier, Paul began his legal career at Smith, Peters, Kalail, LPA, a boutique Cleveland-based law firm that represents Ohio school districts.

Paul grew up in Northeast Ohio and he lives in Cuyahoga Falls with his Great Dane, Odin. When he’s not advocating for KNR clients, Paul can be found boating, fishing, and scuba diving on Lake Erie or hiking the Metroparks with Odin.
