Jack J. Lah has more than a decade of civil litigation experience and is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. His background includes experience representing both people injured by the acts of others, as well as the insurance companies that defend against such claims. This diverse experience is important because Jack is familiar with what it takes to effectively, and aggressively, move cases against insurance companies toward resolution.

After passing the Ohio bar examination, Jack joined a law firm dedicated to insurance defense litigation. During his time at that firm, Jack gained insight into how insurance companies investigate and value claims. This invaluable insight helped Jack to develop legal talents that are necessary at every stage of a case.

Jack continued his legal career at law firms that offered him the opportunity to practice law in areas beyond insurance defense. Jack’s expanded background includes the representation of those injured by the negligence of others. It was at this stage that Jack developed a true appreciation for helping “the little guy.”

Jack joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2016. He enjoys working with our clients and uses his litigation background to get strong results.
